This is my first post.
I am a delegate to 3 exec’s calendars in outlook. I schedule meetings from their calendars and accept and decline all their meeting invites.
I have been setting up rules for their meeting invites and the responses I receive to go to specific folders.

I schedule a lot of meetings from my calendar that go out to our leadership team, 3 of those calendars I manage. I want a rule or macro that accepts any meeting invite from me on their behalf and deletes that meeting notice out of email and deletes the response out of my email.

Is this even doable? I am brand new to VBA, watching you tube videos trying to learn.

Appreciate any constructive advice, feedback etc.
