    Outlook Turns Turkish Characters Into Messy Characters While Importing CSV Files.

    On Web Browser Contact Names are not visible as well. It says ?Contact Names Are Not Available.?

    How can I fix this issue?

    Hey,

    This may be what's causing it:

    You can change your language, date and time format, and time zone in Outlook.com settings.

    Go to Language and time settings (SettingsSettings > View all Outlook settings > General > Language and time).

    Select the language, date format, time format, and time zone you want to use.

    Select Save.

    Those settings is already like you said.

    I am very dissapointed with this Outlook and Office 365. Technical Service (Even their Tier 2 team) can not find a solution in 2 weeks. They are still asking me which version of Outlook I’m using.
