Please help me!

Hello,

Hoping someone is able to assist me, I have a large excel sheet that i need editing and was wondering/hoping there is an easier more speedy way to do what im trying to complete than already trying to!

I have a sheet with multiple numbers in different tabs and wanted to add +40 to that number, so if cell A2 has 100 i want to change it too 140, (all cells are different numbers)

Can someone help me as im getting square eyes in trying to manually edit each number and there is thousands!

Put 40 in a cell
Select that cell and copy it Ctrl+C
Select the cells that you want to increase
right click and select paste special
Select Values and Add
Click OK

thanks, I have tried this but cannot find any options in 'paste special' of 'add'
