Hi,

Hello friends i m facing the problem of achieving Email on outlook. Can anyone explain how to archive old Outlook emails (both Inbox and Sent) in a way that does not cause them to "disappear." In other words, a way to get them out of the active space, but store them somewhere they will be accessible at a later date?

I'm finding this incredibly difficult.

it was so complicated that I STILL can't
a) go back and find the .pst files
b) duplicate the process on my own.

This appears to be a major flaw in Outlook. I've purchased two books on "How To Use Outlook" and neither addresses this issue. On the MS tutorials page, there are instructions for setting up additional folders and moving the mail into it, but that apparently is not a true "archive" function, as the emails still appear to be hogging system resources.
can anyone help me....

Thanks
