Configuring Automatic Name Suggestions in outlook 2002

    HI,

How can i configure automatic name suggestions in outlook 2002?

The default setting in Outlook 2002 is to offer to complete the name of a person you are sending mail.

This is based on anyone you have ever sent mail to.
For me things brings up far too many names and I prefer to simply use the names in my contact list.

    How can i do this??

    Thanks

I understand your problem i think these tips will helps you.just try

Start typing a name and press Ctrl-K to pull up names in your address book.

    To turn off this setting:

    1. Go to Tools / Options
    2. Click on the E-mail Options button
    3. Click on the Advanced E-mail Options button
    4. Uncheck Suggest names while completing To, Cc, and Bcc fields

If you want to leave the setting in place and simply delete individual suggestions:

    1. Us the arrow keys to highlight a name
    2. Press the Delete key to delete just that entry.
