Is their a way by which i can stop coming spam mails.

You can reduce it but you will never eliminate it as some spam will always get through.

If you want 100% no spam then never check your email....

most spam is usualy your own fault, never answer or open mails who you dont know or trust, dont put your email address in any web forms unless you really need to.
steps you can take
right click spam messages and add them to junk senders list

search google for a free spam filter. there are a few around.
