auto paste/forward email to folder/excel/wordreceive from a particular email ID

Hello dears,

Lets say my your id is [email protected], what i want if i received your email it should automatically go to an given folder name tariqnaz2005 or should go a excell or m.s word file name tariqnaz2005 in my documents etc..

Is it possible?
