I am trying to synchronise my Follow up dates in Excel 2010 in column P4 through to P999 with Outlook 2010. The data I want show in the appointment schedule is the Job name Column D, the company Column E, Contact Name Column G, the contact phone No. Column H and the follow up date Column P.
Is there a way that I can do this. I have attached the spread sheet for your information.
