Paste a range of Excel cells into a Outlook Calendar appointment
I am trying to copy and paste a range of cells into the body of an outlook calendar appointment. Because the same information is repeated in many appointments copying and pasting saves heaps of time, however once I close the calendar appt and re-open it all of the formatting is gone and there is just text there, without the columns it means nothing to other users on our network. Any suggestions on how to paste data without losing formats.
