SUSPECT word in the mail i recieve outlook2003

I use outlook 2003 in office. while i recieve mail, subject line is taged with word "SUSPECT"... but when i checked with the sender... they havnt included that.

Why this subjectline is taged with such word.... because the mail i recieved is not a Spam.

pls someone clarify.

Outlook thinks it could be hazardous to your computer, containing a virus. Basically do not open unless you are sure it is safe.
