    Progress Bar - Format

    Hi,

I am looking to set-up a spreadsheet for my team in order to track their sales progress.
I have set-up the design element of what I need.

But I am clueless where to start with formatting.

I require the blue area to "fill up" in order to the orange and green.
If anyone can help, it would be much appreciated.

    Cheers
    Renu
