    Attaching Picture to Email

I know this may sound silly, but on Fridays we had an email that we sent to employees, that when opened displays a dancing stick figure (that is moving) we call him the Friday Guy.

Somewhere, we lost the image. I have located a site that I can download the figure again, but am having difficulty. I succeeded at one point in attaching the figure, but when opened, it's only the image and no movement.

What I would like it to be able to download it and be able to send it out so that when the email is opened, the figure automatically comes up dancing.

Just trying to give people something to smile about on Fridays!
I'm not sure this is the correct forum for this question, but hope someone can give me some help.
    Thanks

How do you do that? I am using Outlook 2010.
Thanks for the response. Didn't think I'd hear from anyone.
