Insert a cell ref into an email body in Outlook 2010 from Excel 2010

Hi
I am using a macro that saves a sheet to a pdf file and then attaches it to an Outlook email which all works fine.

I would like ti insert a cell ref O5 so that it inserts the customers name after the word "Hi" in the email body. (Please see *****portion)
