Hi,
Item.PrintOut is the only way to print from Outlook which limits your options.
You can edit the message to create a draft message, print, and then discard the draft.
If your message is plain text, then you need to look at Item.Body.
If your message is HTML, you need to look at Item.HTMLBody.

Thanks. I've seen about copying to a Word instance but that doesn't include the current emails header details (from, to, etc.).
Or SendKeys, but that justs look not good seing the actual menus fly open etc. Can SendKeys be set to some sort of silent mode?
