moving data from email to Excel

I need to move data on excel, 1 line of data gets emailed to me and I have to cut and paste to a spreadsheet that has all the individual data on one sheet, it’s very time consuming and that’s even before I have to go through each line of data. Is there a way to open each email, open the attachment and move it to a spreadsheet automatically, then next email attachment drops to the next line and so on
