Hello,
Can someone please help me with the following:
- Macro which would export the contents of a e-mail.
- The macro should only export the data from one sub-folder in Outlook.
- Data should be retrieved only from unread e-mails.
- When data retrieved, then mark e-mail as read.
Or maybe someone could point me to something which already exists?
I'm going to be pretty honest, I'm really bad at VBA and don't understand coding.

Thank you very much for the link but unfortunately in order to automate my workflow I'd like it to be automatic, so there wouldn't be a need to refresh the excel each time when I expect some additional data.
