I manage 200+ locations and file emails based on issues at each location. I currently have to drag and drop emails throughout my entire work day and it's becoming very time consuming. Each location has a 4 digit number. What I'd like to do is be able to select an email(s), pop-up a text box to enter the location number, and hit a button to move them to the corresponding folder.

Any ideas what I could do to make this happen? I used to use macro buttons but I can't imagine creating 200 buttons in a toolbar!
