    Auto-Forward, then Delete Email

    Hi all,

Is it possible to setup a macro in outlook that auto-forwards an email based on a combination of letters/numbers in the subject line as well as the email it is received from.

For example, email received from "[email protected]" and subject line contains "bcs123" forwarded to another email address based on these criteria. The "[email protected]" email is always constant and does not change, the subject line varies. After being forwarded, the email should be deleted in the current inbox.

    Thanks in advance!

If anyone is interested, this type of stuff can be done without VBA and macros. Just go to Tools > Rules and Alerts. 32kb memory limit for Outlook 2003 in terms of rules.
