Hi,
my team is using a shared mailbox, and although we have a number of rules to assign our mails to the correct department/subfolder, we still have to manually transfer our emails to our Vault because the mailbox is full within 5 working days.
Unfortunately we are not allowed to increase the mailbox size, so we are really depending on the team members keeping the various subfolders as empty as possible.
To help all team members, I was wondering if there is a macro i can create to automatically move the items that are 'read' from the Inbox Subfolder "x" to our Vault subfolder "y"
