PowerPoint recording window doesn't show on workstation with USB webcam

I just got a new Logitech C930e web cam to use with my HP Z2 workstation. For some reason when I click on | Slide Show | Record Slide Show | the below (black control) window does not come up. On my Dell XPS 13 laptop it comes up fine, and under settings I can select between the inbuilt cam and the C930e. I tried an Office online fix, and also to run it in safe mode - but neither resulted in the below black window appearing when selecting to record.

Any help would be much appreciated.
