Right-click on the shape > Lock.

Unfortunately I do not find Shape Lock in PowerPoint when right clicking on the shape.
I only can check the checkbox of Lock Height-Width ratio, but that is not what I want.
Or it must be at the blue arrow in the attached picture pointing to the checkbox "In relation to the original size" (if this is the translation of the Dutch version), but that is grayed out. I do not know why.Shape lock.jpg
I use Excel 365 - maybe 2021 did not have it.
