I have found the following VBA, I understand how it works but still being new to VBA I don't know how to edit it to do what I need:
I have 3 sheets, my main sheet and two other sheets that use formulas to pull data from my main sheet. This works great adding and deleting rows from my main sheet and having it do that same on the other sheets, this also copies the formulas down to the row created in my other sheets saving me a lot of time, however these are a few thigns I need help on:![]()

1. I need to copy cell data and/or formulas (which I found help on this from https://blog.udemy.com/pastespecial-vba/) on the row created in my first sheet but only in columns; K, L, M & Q the rest have to be input manually (this is only on my main sheet).
2. How can I tell it not to do certain sheets if I don't want it to?
