create three states of three checkbox problem

hi smarters,
i had a problem to create the main three checkbox of three states to check/unchecked:example SELECT ALL(mixed),SELECT White Cells Only and SELECT Yellow Cells Only in sheet 1,2,3,4,5 and so on.how to associate these checkbox with vba?please help.for a clear viewing,please download the sheet...

You really need 3 "OptionButtons" as below:-
"AllChecked", "White Only", "YellowOnly"
Repeat code for other sheets
