    Post Offset a selection

    I have solved a major issue with the following code which allows me to select the first 10 visible columns and down to the lastrow.

    I need to run the code again but this time offset it by 10 columns to the right. The column reference will always change due to hidden columns but its position wont, it will always be the 11th column from the left.
