Conditional Format colour Text

I have a spreadsheet that has Text written down column B, Column K has a figure.

If K shows anything from 0 to 39, the number turns Green
If K shows anything from 40 to 90, the number turns Orange
If K shows anything from 91 to 480, the number turns Red

If the number in column K turns either, Green, Orange or Red, I want the Text in column B to turn the same colour.

I have used Conditional format and thought I was getting somewhere with it but all the Text messages in column B, turn one colour.

Would someone be able to help me with this one.
