Rotating roster move cell down based on date

I have the basics of a rotating 6 man roster, which rotates weekly by line. That is the staff member on line one becomes staff member on line two. This occurs from line 1 to line 4 line 5 and 6 rotate between themselves on a weekly basis.

In my basic knowledge of excel formulas I have had no luck. What I would like to happen is;

Staff member on line 1 rotates to line 2 after a week, staff member 2 rotates to line 3 after a week etc etc. Has anyone any suggestions please. Excel 2010

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

This shows from 5th Jan for that week what each staff member does for the week. The next sheet down shows them moving to the next line 1-4. lines 5 & 6 just rotate between those 2. I hope this is enough to give you the idea.
