Background:
at our company, we have 2 groups of people working on the same file that reside in sharepoint. these two groups reside in two different building and have their own default printers. for example when the file is checked out by a person in building 1, edited with the paper size selected to be 11x17, and then checked back in. when the person is building 2 checks out the document, the same worksheet print size would change to something like 8.5x11. We have narrowed the problem down to the change in default printers causing the paper size to change. it is a major pain because the file is opened back and forth many times and the numerous pages in the workbook. we are wondering if this is an issue all Excel uses experience? and if a vba code could be written to suppress default printer change, or write a vba code to force everyone using that file to use a designated network default printer?

thanks,
