    Consolidating dynamic lists

I wish to create a single numeric list from multiple, dynamic lists (sometimes more than 2), but the criteria that drove me in search of help are:
    1. The list must be in ascending numerical order
    2. I can't use the "Aggregate" worksheet function, as the workbook needs to be compatible with Excel 2003 (silly, I know, but those are my constraints)
    3. The solution must be formula based, pivot tables to be used as a last resort only as refreshing them is cumbersome in the bigger scheme of what I need it for.

Some of the lists can be numbers formatted as text (my data source automatically does this), but the lists will not contain characters other than numeric ones.

See attachment for details, good luck and thanks for taking a look!

    Hi andredl,

This sounds like a job for the Pivot Table Consolidation Wizard. See examples at:

One test is worth a thousand opinions.
