Match Data and Auto Fill Multiple Cells

I want to be able to type a name in and If it's in my "database", I want the players team, ranking, and position to auto fill in separate cells.


This is where I want my data to pull from:

So If I type a name that is in my database, I want the Team cell, Rating Cell, and Position Cell to auto fill in here:

I don't have a freakin' clue as to how to do this but i am comfortable using excel. Anyone's help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
