Hello,
I am looking to overhaul the current income projection that my company has which is quite basic in the sense that it just shows everysingle's project revenue projection throughout the year and total spend per project and how much it is overservicing, I wanted to analyse more 'costs incurred' vs billed and because every project is owned by a project manager, like a summary sheet to analyse a few aspects.
Does anyone know where i can get templates/programs that would help me analyse this?
