Convert PDF Table to Excel Table or Convert Text String to Column(s)

Hi,

I have a bunch of invoices or '.pdf' statements & need to extract the table & convert into Excel format or columns.

When attempting to, I get the following:

-- Date & Hours
Aug 4, 2015 8.00 Aug 5, 2015 8.00 Aug 6, 2015 8.00 Aug 7, 2015 8.00 Aug 10, 2015 8.00 Aug 11, 2015 8.00 Aug 12, 2015 8.00 8.00 Aug 13, 2015 Aug 14, 2015 8.00 Aug 17, 2015 8.00 Aug 18, 2015 8.00 Aug 19, 2015 8.00 Aug 20, 2015 8.00 Aug 21, 2015 8.00 8.00 Aug 24, 2015

How can I separate these into 2 or more columns (I have other table which has more content or will need to extract into several columns?

I thought there was a formula / function that can extract a large row of content like this & separate into 2 or more columns. Does anyone have suggestions?

Is there a way to convert this:

With formulas I don't know, using a macro yes but you stand a much better chance of getting help if you upload one or two of you pdf statment.
