How to add target line to a STACKED COLUMN pivot chart

Hi,

I am able to a target line to a clustered column pivot chart but not able to do on a stacked column chart. Can any one help please?

Sorry, this does not work. The target line data is pulled from pivot chart. I can provide sample data if that will help.
