Copy Daily Changeable Value to other Sheet

Dear experts,
could you please assist me.

My problem is: I got 2 sheets 1)Roster and 2)DailyReport.
DailyReport, everyday updated with a names of those who are on the shift (names and shifts are from Roster based on Date value), but sometimes shifts starting earlier or ending later, that's why there are possibility to my employees manually to change shift length (From - To).
I would like to copy manual adjustments (if there were any) from DailyReport to Roster 3rd line. The problem is with my formula, formula is based on date value IF(date today from Roster=date in daily report)..
=IF(E4='Daily Report'!O1;VLOOKUP(Roster!A8;'Daily Report'!A43:D65;4;FALSE);Roster!E7)
Everything working until date is changed, then IF formula ar looking only values for today, and yesterday is already 0.
Is it possible somehow to avoid that, and to save value for each day?
