You could simply open Doc1, copy page 12, switch to Doc2 and paste. If both documents use the same Style definitions and those Styles have been used consistently, that's all there should be to it; otherwise, you may need to use Paste Special or change Word's paste settings for when copying/pasting content between documents.

Thanks for your reply,
but for one or two pages we can copy-paste the data but for random many pages it would take much more time to copy paste the data and after that I have to again adjust the formatting.
In my usual work there is a standard word template which should be updated from an excel report for individual staff level, here I am using mail merge to generate all templates but it is combining all templates in one word file it self, later on I have to submit individual word file to the staff hence I am getting trouble to separate them in each word file
it would be grateful to solve above concern
Thanks in advance.....
Your first post mentioned only a single page and there is no automated method that can be used for random pages if you want a coherent output.
That would only be so because someone has either used different Style defintions for the various documents or because they have abused Word's Styles by overriding them with manual formatting. The solution is to use Styles as they are meant to be used...
That suggests you're approaching the problem with entirely the wrong approach - you should be able to use a single mailmerge main document that absolutely or conditionally includes all the required content for each record. A macro-driven mailmerge can easily produce individual documents without the need for post merge splitting.
