Pivot chart slicer/date formatting

Hi all,

I am having a problem recreating a pivot chart that I have made several times before, and as far as I can tell I am doing the same things I have always done. I have attached a word document with screenshots to illustrate what is happening.

Does anyone know if this is some kind of setting? We also just switched to Office 2016, could this be somehow making this happen?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!

Why would you attach a word document with screenshots instead of a sample file?

Because it is part of a rather large dashboard that has a bunch of stuff that does not pertain to this problem...are the screen shots not giving enough information?

Generally you get a better response and a more complete answer with a representative sample (and not the ACTUAL FILE, as it likely has sensitive data in it anyway).

I do not know why you are encountering your issue with the word document as my only source.
