Formula to extract activities of each employee on each date

Hello All,

I am using Excel 2010 and have a problem to lookup Activities of each Employee against each date

Please see sample attached

The activities of each employee is manually entered in the Activity Sheet

I need a formula, if possible, or a macro solution, which should give me the output in independent Employee sheet for each date against their respective activities

I have filled Emp1 and Emp2 data only for explanation.

The dates in Row 1 will be added on a daily basis. In the sample it is shown till 9 Aug also the Employees will be more in reality

Any help would be appreciated

This solution would employ changes in the merged columns, which could be accomplished by undoing the Merge & Center then using Find & Select > Go To Special > Blanks > OK > =, (up arrow), Ctrl+Enter to fill in values as seen in attachment. The formula that would then populate column D of each employees sheet is:
