Identify "groups" based on identical entries in two columns, and count a third column

Essentially this is what I am looking to do:

I have a spreadsheet with names, location, ethnicity, affiliation

I need create a column that will first find all of the entries with the same location and ethnicity(hereafter referred to as "group"), then count how of those entries are affiliated.

There may be a better order of operations for this equation. The end result should be displayed as one similar number (1,2,...) entered in the new column for each group. So if there are 10 people from town X, who are the same ethnicity, and only 2 have a party affiliation, then the formula will produce the number 2 for all 10 people in the group.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.
