Sorry I think this is not correct solution and my actual requirement is Auto complete the data while typing in the cell

For Ex: While typing the first one or two letters of SC the matching word of SCHOOL will show automatically from drop down list that is called Autocomplete. Please help.

The linked article shows a way to autocomplete the data validation without VBA. The directions from the section 'List is Dynamic and/or Resides on Another Worksheet' have been applied to the 'Applies For' drop down in the attached copy of your file.

When "School" is entered in B2 what to expect in B3: National School / Crescent School as a DV list? then in B4?

And how does Sector link to State?

The right function will work only with Data Validation List Sheet, then the Sheet1 could not disturb that's all. Please help.
