Record any change in certain sheets

Hello

I have a workbook with many sheets.

Using user forms i send some data in 2 sheets. Sheets Names are "DataBase" & "C14".

What i would like to do is to record in another sheet, any change that users perhaps do in these 2 sheets.

Both of these sheets are password protected(some users know the password).

Any idea?
