Max date for each part number grouping for pivot table

I would like to be able to get from the data table on the left of the image to the pivot table on the right. But I don't know how to setup the data on the left to be able to do the pivot table as shown. For that matter I don't think I know how to this kind of pivot table either.

Any help appreciated.

A pivot table is not really what you need to use for that. Formulas or code would be a better option.

You can try with PQ but IMHO it doesn't make any sense. PQ works with columns and content
In this case it's manual job
