INDEX MATCH MATCH doesn't work well in a Filtered List?

Hi folks,

I am using the INDEX MATCH MATCH formula on a column of cells within a big table:

=IFERROR(INDEX(digest!$1:$1048576,MATCH(tracker!Q9,digest!$C:$C,0),MATCH(tracker!$R$2,digest!$5:$5,0)),"")

The problem is ... as soon as I filter another column of this list, the cells using INDEX MATCH MATCH get ruined, as the cell references are no longer corresponding with the row they're sitting on, as their row number has been changed by the act of filtering!

Is there a way of making the Lookup Value something like (the first cell in column 3 of this row) instead of C9 for example, so that however much I filter, even if the cell has changed to C1 ... it will find this because it just takes the first cell in column 3 (C) of this row.
