Question VBA/Macro for IF - THEN in Powerpoint 2016

Hi,
I need help in using VBA or Macro use in Powerpoint 2016
I want to find a way so that a particular slide cannot be opened until an earlier has been viewed/used.
minor question: Can you turn off arrow keys during slideshow?

Explanation: Creating choose your own adventure stories using hyperlinks with students aged 9-10.
Example: Do not want students to get to the end (cheat lol) unless certain slides (eg Find a Key) have already been found.
I don't think a "Be Honest" message will help.

Any help would be great.
Thanks

Don't think you need VBA to do this. Just right-click on any slide you don't want them to see yet and select Hide Slide from the pop up context menu. They will not be able to see the slide using the arrow keys, but if they click on a hyperlink, it will automatically unhide and jump to it.

If you need Powerpoint VBA code, you should post this in a forum for VBA PowerPoint. This forum is for Excel.
Surround your VBA code with CODE tags e.g.;
your VBA code here
The # button in the forum editor will apply CODE tags around your selected text.
