Find Replace specific Text on criteria

I have text file like this.
I want to replace specific characters from 91 column i.e. ICIC00DMKJA on the basis of following characters i.e. 100011,100010,100012.....etc with specific number of 9 digit which i mentioned in excel file n column G. viz. 123489596....etc
Again I want to save file in text format....

1. I think you forgot to add the file?
2. you will need VBA for this, you wont be able to do it with formulas
