Compare Last Week Sale and change the Color of Present sale.

Have Query regarding comparing two week Cell value and if the current week sale is less then past week so want to highlight in red text.

Have Attached Excel file with desired result, please help for same as now time i am doing it manually.

If you select in say cell C2 and go to conditional formatting you will see the rule that I've applied to this column.
I don't know how to explain the steps any better.
