I have a tracker that I use to track the audits of three teams. Right now the teams are on the same sheet together. I have three employees who audit the three teams. I assign one team to one auditor. My issue is how to keep up with changes in teams. If people trade teams then I have to update that. Right now each auditor has their own workbook (because shared wbs don't work well), I then run a macro that goes and copies their team (it only selects their team based on column "a") into my master tracker. I then push all that back out to everyone so that they have a copy of the master. This way they can see who needs help and such. So essentially, I combined into one, then push back out. My auditors will help each other if they fall behind or if one is absent, so its good for them to have a copy of the master. If someone changes teams then right now I can just change the team name on my master and it will get copied out to everyone. Not real difficult right now. My issue lies in that there always seems to be some discrepancy, either something doesn't copy or paste. The code below is what I use to pull all the data together. I'll make a second post on how I push the data back out. I am looking for a better way, its multiple times a week that sometime needs changed and it never seems to go smoothly. I think I can manually copy the data faster than w/e I did wrong with the code. I attached a sample workbook. If you want 100% similar testing then duplicate that workbook for each QA name, and one for the master.
