Index match show all matches from list (only showing the first match...)

I have spent the last few days looking through posts from people who are having similar issues as I am having now. I have tried several example formulas, but I keep ending up with the same problem; I am expecting to see four results but am only getting the first match to show up and then it stops. In the example workbook that I have attached I am expecting to get the following results back; 990541, 990541-MODIFY, 990541-MODIFY 2 and 990541-MODIFY 3. Thank you for looking.

INDEX/MATCH (and vlookup) will always only ever return the 1st match - then stop looking.

Thank you very much. I did have to change the 'search column' to [Column4] instead of [Text], but this works exactly as I was looking for it to. I also added "IFERROR" to the start of the formula and ended it with ,"") in order to hide the errors that show up when there are no more matches. I re-attached the workbook also for anyone else who would like to reference it.

For some reason I wasn't able to attach the revised version of the workbook, so here goes again...
