Extract Date from 3 Criteria in different column

    Hi

I want to extract the date from the 3 criteria column with a condition stated. I have managed to extract the date for each column based on the condition using the formula as shown below.
Is it able to just use one formula to find.

    INDEX(DATES,MATCH(0,IF(G$1&"TRUE"=C$2:C$9,COUNTIF(G$2:G2,DATES),""),0),0)

Hi shirlyn. Welcome to the forum.

This doesn't quite line up like the pic. It appears you are starting the formula above in G3 which seems unlikely, But try array entering this formula in F2, fill down and across.

If you aren’t familiar with array-entered formulas array enter means the formula must be committed from edit mode by simultaneously pressing and holding down Ctrl and Shift while hitting Enter.
    Formula: copy to clipboard
