Matching highlighting conditional formatting between sheets

Good afternoon forum friends!

I am hoping this is an easy to do task.

I have an excel spreadsheet (sample attached) that has an overview sheet and then individual sheets. What I am trying to do is get the conditional formatting from the individual sheet for overdue and coming due dates to be reflected on the summary sheet. For example, if the date is within 30 days of being due on sheet 2 and it turns yellow, I would like the corresponding cell on sheet 1 to turn yellow also. The curve ball here is that I have already used a formula on sheet 1 for the cell to put an "X" in the block when the training on sheet 2 has a completion date or to leave it blank when the cell on sheet 2 is blank. Is this possible? I attached a sample excel workbook to look at but if you need to see the actual one I am working on let me know. Thank you for your help and I hope I will be able to help some of you in turn.

Hi, welcome to the forum

1st, it looks like you have a duplicate rule in Tracker - you have 2 rules that refer to "next month"
2nd, try not to apply CF to entire columns, it will start to slow your file down. (that is over 1 000 000 cells excel has to test)

You cannot "carry over" CF from 1 sheet to another, but you could create a similar rule for Summary that references Tracker...
=AND(Tracker!B3>EOMONTH(TODAY(),-1),Tracker!B3<=EOMONTH(TODAY(),0))
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)

Would this project be more adaptable to Access? I have a very basic knowledge of Access.

Thank you for your assistance and I will mark this issue resolved.
