Pivot Chart not to show $0

    Pivot Chart not to show $0

    Hi
    I have pivot table/chart.

    In the pivot chart is show all the $0 and make the chart bar very thin.

    Can I not show the $0 and make the bar thicker?

    In a, pivot chart, it show the date from 10Sep to 18Sep. We do not payment to this supplier and i do not want to should in the chart.

    Same as the other supplier, I only want to show when I have payment.

    Assume you have below table and wants to creat a chart for the same.

    Region Sales

    North $100.00
    South $-
    East $120.00
    West $80.00

    Here, the Sales in South is zero and you want to hide it on chart.
    In order to do that, please right click on the chart > Select Data > Uncheck the 'South' in Axis label field

    In order to adjust the data series (i.e. reduce the gap of columns/bars), click on column or bar on the chart > Format Data Series > Reduce the gap width by adjusting the scroll bar backwards

    Q. How to upload attachments in Excel Forum?
    A. Go to advanced reply > Manage Attachments > Upload file > Close window
