Basic beginner questions cross reference

Good afternoon!
can someone help me with this file?
i want to make some kind of compilation/Crossreference on sheet 3 from sheet 1 & 2

Examples
i want to know how many lockers thats empty
i want to know how many entrepreneurs we have employed right now
i want to know how many spare keys we have borrowed

and i want to get the data from diffrent sheets and to be dynamic.

So can someone help me and show me what formula to use?
And how to use it.

The paper clip icon does not work for attachments. To attach a file, under the text box where you type your reply click the Go Advanced button. On the next screen scroll down and click on Manage Attachments, which will show a pop-up window to Select and Upload a file. Then close the window.

You will need to consistent in your spelling of "entrepreneur" to get correct results.
